At Eternal Paws, we carefully handcraft each memorial item. Due to the nature of our products (paper keepsakes for memorial ceremonies), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [chaikefu125@outlook.com] with clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging. We will review the issue and offer either:
- A replacement of the affected items (free of charge), or
- A partial refund for the damaged items (product price only, shipping fees are non‑refundable).
No refunds for shipping costs
Shipping fees are non‑refundable, even if a partial refund is approved for damaged items.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started processing your order.
